Basically, the book details how to live your life without the fear of being judged by others. How you can be your authentic self, without apology and go for your dreams. Living to your full potential without feeling guilty or embarrassed. Sometimes we define ourselves based on what we think other people want us or expect us to be. This can be soul crushing! I say, “You Go Girl!”

Being An Artist Was My Dream.

Painting and being an artist was a dream of mine since the age of 7. I was steered in a different direction but even as an adult I was shamed into believing that it was a “nice hobby” but you can’t make a living as an artist. We all have the impression of the “starving artist” and I think we have heard that so often we actually believe it to be true and expect it to be true!

Break Free From Other Peoples Expectations

I believe we are all creative beings. Whether it is crafting, painting, baking, gardening, writing…the list is endless, we all have a part of us that needs that creative output. I say, “Go For It!” It is never too late to live your dream. Don’t worry about the nay sayers, the downers, the doubters….Dare to Break Free!

What’s Next?

So, what’s next? Each week I am going to share how my dream came true. It didn’t happen overnight. It took years and years of hard work, many failures and now I can say I truly am “Living The Dream”. I hope to encourage you along the way and may we build each other up and support one another.
